「米の持つ豊かな旨みを楽しんでいただくことを第一に酒を醸している」、という蔵元杜氏の造る「颯」（はやて）。料理の味を引き立ててなお旨みを味わえる。「颯」はそんなお酒です。三重県産の「神の穂」を使った純米吟醸はフルーティーでふくよかな旨みが潜みます。

The prefecture of Mie is blessed with great refined water from the Kiso Three Rivers. The area of Mie is known for its trading ports that have a long historical background dating back to the Edo era. They want you to experience a variety of the flavor in their sake that comes from the rice in which it’s made with. Their signature brand “Hayate” will help enhance the flavor of the traditional meals of Japan.

当地桑名は、古来、米貿易で栄えた港で、また、伊勢神宮の御厨があり

古代朝廷の酒造りを担った味酒一族の領地でもありました。

そんな歴史と伝統の町で夫婦で酒を醸す小さな酒蔵です。

Our area “Kuwana” has a long and huge historical place.

Kuwana was located in the big port where was very popular Rice trade in the old era.
And also there was imperial dining “Mikuriya” in Ise Grand Shrine.
Then Our old lord was Umasake “味酒”family and their occupation was making Sake for the government in that time.

We are a micro brewery, there are only two workers “I and my wife”.
